Cancellation Policy

At Body Connect Exercise Physiology we are committed to helping everyone achieve their health goals through expertly delivered, evidence-based exercise physiology services. To get the most out of your appointments, a commitment from you, the individual is important.

To help keep on top of your appointments, Body Connect Exercise Physiology will send you a confirmation email at the time of booking your appointment. You will also receive an email and/or text-message reminder 48-hours prior to your appointment.

Reminders for group exercise sessions will be sent by email. If you would prefer not to receive these, please let us know.  

We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans can change, we simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. This means that if you fail to let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment or failed to attend your appointment without notice, a cancellation fee of the full-service fee will be charged. Cancellation fees are not covered by compensable bodies (e.g. Medicare) and must be paid by you, the client. An invoice will be sent for payment.

You can let us know you are unable to attend the following ways:

 - Reply ‘No’ to your text message reminder

 - Phone call (0408 484 874). If necessary, please leave a detailed voice message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
